Something reflective.
Have been watching BOF over the long weekend and found something that Jandi said to Jihoo rather meaning full. So, just want to share it here. Here's the original text:
가장 슬픈 마남은 생선과 같아.
The saddest meeting is one like a fish.
너를 만나면 만날수를 더 힘들어져.
The more you meet, the fishier it gets.
우리가 가장 조심해야 할 만남은 꽃화 같은 만남이야.
The meeting that we have to be most cautious of, is one like a flower blossom.
꽃이 필땐 기쁘지만 한낸 지면 버리게 돼.
When it blooms, it brings joy; but when it withers, it's to be thrown away.
가장 아름다운 만남은 손수긴 같은 마남이야.
The most beautiful meeting is one like a handkerchief.
네가 힘들 땐 땀을 닦아주고 네가 슬픈 땐 눈물을 닦아주지.
When you feel difficult, it wipes off our sweat; and when you feel sad, it wipes off your tears.
